Nurture
Here’s where most agents drop the ball—follow-up. Send a personalized thank-you within 24 hours, deliver any promised items of value, and set up a longer-term nurture campaign to keep the connection alive. Some open house visitors may not be ready to buy today, but with consistent follow-up, you’ll stay top of mind when they are.
