Our first step to creating your custom plan is to clean out your life and business closet! We collect all the activities you’re currently doing, all the things you want to be doing, along with all business offerings.

Once we finish unpacking, we rank everything based on enjoyment and how much money you make, then place them on your Happy Agent Matrix. This creates an incredibly detailed map of your life and business and is the foundation for our day together.

In this step, we analyze and prioritize what stays, what goes, and what can be delegated. This includes bringing in any systems, processes, or people to help optimize your business.

This step is where the ah-ha’s really come alive. We’ll discuss how to implement your takeaways and make an actionable plan so you’ll know exactly what to do. For example, you may learn where you can start setting boundaries or implement new staff or systems.

We will have 2, 60-minute one-on-one integration/accountability sessions (phone or Zoom), where we discuss your progress, chat about your wins, problem-solve challenges, and make sure you’re on the track to a radically joyful life and business.
