And it’s what eventually led me, unexpectedly and wholeheartedly to become a real estate speaker on a mission to help agents actually enjoy their business again.
Where It Started: High Volume, Low Joy
For years, I ran a high-performing team. I chased the metrics. I pushed for growth. I hustled my way into burnout. I believed what the industry told us:
Work harder. Be available 24/7. Scale at all costs.
