That moment? I’ve had it, too many times to count.

When I first started to step away from the day-to-day grind of sales and think about how I could support other agents, I was asked the obvious question:

“So, are you going to become a real estate trainer?”

At first, I thought… maybe. But the deeper I got into the idea, the more resistance I felt.

Because what I saw in most traditional real estate training spaces didn’t sit right with me. It felt salesy. Surface-level. And totally disconnected from the reality of what agents are actually facing in this industry.

So instead of becoming another real estate trainer handing out scripts and checklists, I built Happy Agent Co.

My Background: From Hustle to Burnout to Breakthrough

For years, I did what everyone said you should do. I built a high-producing real estate business. I led a team. I followed the formulas. I stacked the accolades.

From the outside? Success.
From the inside? I was exhausted.

I hit all the milestones I thought I was supposed to:

  • Top producer status

  • Multi-million dollar sales volume

  • Constant growth, constant “more”

But I was chasing someone else’s definition of success and it was costing me my energy, my clarity, and my joy.

The Problem I Saw (and Felt) Everywhere

When I finally slowed down long enough to ask myself what I actually wanted, I realized I wasn’t alone.

Agents all around me were:

  • Drowning in busywork

  • Tired of being told to “just do more”

  • Feeling like the only way to grow was to sacrifice their sanity

And the real estate trainers out there? Most of them were still preaching hustle culture, outdated lead gen tactics, and advice that sounded good on paper but didn’t hold up in real life.

The problem wasn’t that agents didn’t care.
The problem was they weren’t being taught how to build businesses that actually fit their lives.

I didn’t want to be just another real estate trainer.
